It was here that Our Lord Jesus, as a boy, appeared to Sister Lucy with His Mother and said: “Have compassion on the Heart of your Most Holy Mother, surrounded with thorns with which ungrateful men pierce It at every moment, and there is no one to make an act of reparation to remove them.” (Dec. 10, 1925)
     On Feb. 15, 1926, Sister. Lucy met, for the second time, a boy (Jesus), Who entered the courtyard through the green gateway pictured here. Still not knowing it was Jesus, she recalled praying with Him the Hail Mary and dictating to Him another prayer and she then asked Him: “Did you ask Our Heavenly Mother for the Child Jesus?” Transforming Himself so that Lucy recognized Him, Jesus replied:, “And you, have you revealed to the world what My Heavenly Mother asked you?” At this Conference and afterwards we must all ask ourselves the same question.
