       The only way to peace is by obedience to the Fatima request: the consecration of specifically Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary by the Pope and all the Catholic bishops of the world, at the same time.

       The devil knows that this will be the end of his reign on earth and does everything he can to stop it through his human servants and through the gullibility of people of goodwill who are deceived into spreading lies about the consecration of Russia being done.

       To reply to these lies, we have continuously demonstrated, by using Our Lady’s own words, that Her urgent requests at Fatima, by which She promised true peace in the world, have yet to be fulfilled.

       Our mission at the Fatima Center has been and continues to be unmasking the falsehoods and the tactics used by Fatima’s enemies to keep the truth from the public. The public needs to be aware that only through this consecration of Russia will there be true world peace. This truth, widely published and believed, will finally put to rest the last attempt to silence Our Lady of Fatima. As is demonstrated in the book The Devil’s Final Battle, that attempt comes from the highest offices in the Vatican. From the Vatican itself comes the untruths and distortions used to try to bury Fatima into the past and to encourage you to think that the urgent warnings of Fatima are over.

       Again, we must answer these distortions and untruths and expose them for what they are, to bring about widespread knowledge of the full truth about Fatima.

The Truth Will Make You Free

       We know that God has unmistakably authenticated the Fatima Message with the Great Miracle of the Sun before 70,000 witnesses and, therefore, it is the truth. We know from the Fatima Message, that to prevent the chastisements of war, famine, persecution of the Church, and persecution of the Holy Father, there are two specific requests that God insists upon. These chastisements will, if we do not respond in time, include the annihilation of entire nations and enslavement of the world to godless men.

       Here are the actual words of Our Lady taken from the second part of the Secret of July 13, 1917:

"You have seen hell where the souls of poor sinners go. To save them, God wishes to establish in the world devotion to My Immaculate Heart. If what I say to you is done, many souls will be saved and there will be peace. The war is going to end; but if people do not cease offending God, a worse one will break out during the reign of Pius XI. When you see a night illumined by an unknown light, know that this is the great sign given you by God that He is about to punish the world for its crimes, by means of war, famine, and persecutions of the Church and of the Holy Father.

"To prevent this, I shall come to ask for the consecration of Russia to My Immaculate Heart, and the Communion of Reparation on the First Saturdays. If My requests are heeded, Russia will be converted, and there will be peace; if not, she will spread her errors throughout the world, causing wars and persecutions of the Church. The good will be martyred, the Holy Father will have much to suffer, various nations will be annihilated. In the end, My Immaculate Heart will triumph. The Holy Father will consecrate Russia to Me, and she will be converted, and a period of peace will be granted to the world."

       The reason why God insists upon these two requests is because God wants to establish in the world devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary and God will establish this devotion when these requests are fulfilled by the Church.

       Some people think that for all mankind to be living in peace simply by fulfilling these requests is an oversimplification. They muse that surely we would not have universal peace just because the Pope and 4500 bishops on one day at the same time, pronounce a prayer consecrating the country and people of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary while, at the same time, promising to promote the devotion of the Communion of Reparation to the Immaculate Heart of Mary on the First Saturdays.

       However, universal world peace is exactly what God promises if these two conditions are met, and we are also told by Jesus and Mary that, unless these requests are fulfilled in time, there are certain to be terrible chastisements for not obeying. Our Lady, Herself, said, "In the end, My Immaculate Heart will triumph, the Holy Father will consecrate Russia to Me, Russia will be converted and a period of peace will be granted to the world." But if it is not done in time, then "various nations will be annihilated."

The Most Solemn Request

       On June 13, 1929, at Tuy, Spain, Our Lady appeared in the presence of the Most Holy Trinity in the most solemn of all Marian apparitions that have ever taken place anywhere since the beginning of all history. God the Father and God the Son and God the Holy Ghost were visibly distinguished and portrayed in this solemn vision.

       Our Lady was standing beside Her Son on the cross, and God the Father appeared over the head of God the Son and the Holy Ghost appeared between the Father and the Son. It was Our Lady Who, solemnly speaking in God’s Name, and in the visible presence of the Most Holy Trinity said: "The moment has come in which God asks the Holy Father to make, and to order that in union with him and at the same time, all the bishops of the world make the consecration of Russia to My Immaculate Heart, promising to save it by this means..."

       Obviously, this solemn act of consecration is the instrument, the means, whereby Russia will be converted and it is through this conversion that the world will have peace.

       Sister Lucy, after trying for 7 years to have the Holy Father at the time, Pope Pius XI, consecrate Russia, asked Our Lord why He would not convert Russia without that act of consecration.

       Jesus replied: "Because I want My whole Church to acknowledge that consecration as a triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, so that it may extend its cult later on and put the devotion to this Immaculate Heart beside the devotion to My Sacred Heart."

       It is clear that the conditions laid down by Our Lord and Our Lady for the consecration of Russia have not been done. It must be the Pope together with all the Catholic bishops of the world to consecrate specifically Russia. The acts of Pope John Paul II of 1982, 1984, 1991, and 2000 have never made "Russia" the specific object of their consecration.

       Pope Paul VI, in 1964 was the only Pope who had all the bishops of the world present with him in his solemn consecration of the world to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, but the bishops did not join in the act; nor did the Pope mention "Russia".

       Pope Pius XII did two consecration attempts in 1942; on October 31 and on December 8. Neither mentioned "Russia".

       Pope Pius XII made another consecration attempt on July 7, 1952. This time he mentioned "Russia" but not together with all the Catholic bishops of the world, as was requested.

        This brings us to March 25, 1984, where yet another consecration attempt was made by Pope John Paul II. Again, the country of "Russia" was not named. In fact, a Cardinal admitted in a statement given to Inside The Vatican magazine (Nov., 2000 issue) that he had told the Pope to not mention Russia. And also, all of the Catholic bishops of the world did not join in.

       If anyone should suggest that this 1984 consecration attempt fulfilled the clear and specific request of Our Lady of Fatima, it is manifestly obvious and self-evident that this is not so.

       The consecration Our Lady requested has not been fulfilled because either or both of two conditions that She specified have been deliberately left out of all Consecration attempts made to date.

[1] "Consecrate Russia"

The Pope, as noted above, did not mention Russia, either directly or indirectly. How could he possibly solemnly and publicly consecrate, (set aside for a Sacred purpose) the specific country of Russia if he did not make it clear in his act of consecration that he was intending to do that?

[2] "In union with all the Catholic Bishops of the world"

The consecration would have to be a solemn and public act, otherwise, the bishops would not be able to join the Pope in that act at the same time. It is manifest to anyone who was alive on March 25, 1984, that such a public, solemn act by all the bishops of the world, together with the Pope, did not take place. It has, in fact, never taken place. Not only did the 4000 bishops living at the time not do it, it is likely that not even 100 bishops joined the Pope because he simply invited them to join him, he did not tell them it was obligatory. Nor was it explained to the bishops the significance of this act or its urgency.

       History bears out the fact that the Pope and the bishops did not do it. Pope John Paul II, himself, acknowledged publicly that same day, before a crowd of 250,000 pilgrims in St. Peter’s Square that he had not done it as Our Lady requested and he repeated himself on that very point again, on March 25, 1984, in the afternoon before 10,000 people gathered inside St. Peter’s Basilica. This was also published in the Vatican’s official newspaper L’Osservatore Romano on March 26, 1984 and in the Italian bishops’ newspaper.¹

       Furthermore, it has been amply demonstrated, time and again, in our articles and books, TV programs and radio programs, and on our Website that the consecration has not taken place. If there were some intelligent, coherent, factual response, surely by now, after 19 years, all the so-called wise-men of the Pope and the anti-Fatima party would have been able to answer our argumentation and documentation.

       To all that, there has been simply silence or besmirching the reputation of those who point out the truth, never addressing the issue itself. However, if it is not clear to anyone; if someone doubts that the consecration has not been done, then let us simply ask: Where is the conversion of Russia that Our Lady promised us if this consecration were done? Where is the period of peace promised to mankind if this consecration were done?

       The conversion of Russia that Our Lady came to tell us about is, of course, a religious conversion. She allowed Her Son to die on the cross and stood there sorrowfully for the purpose of the redemption of mankind, not for changing one godless Communist system for a political change to another godless system.

       She talked about the conversion of Russia. She meant the conversion of Russia in a religious sense. The conversion of Russia away from communism, atheism and away from the false religion of Russian orthodoxy to the belief and practice of the One True Church, founded by Jesus Christ, namely the Catholic Church.

       It is quite possible that this conversion would express itself in the Byzantine Rite of the Catholic Church but it would be the Catholic Church, not some form of Russian Orthodoxy. The conversion of Russia has not taken place in the 19 years since the consecration of the world on March 25, 1984.

       By Her miraculous appearances at Guadalupe, just outside the Mexican capital city, the Blessed Virgin Mary converted all of Mexico; that is, 9 million Mexicans living at the time, in the 9 years following the year 1531.

       Our Lady could and did certainly convert 9 million people in the years 1531 to 1540. Surely She could do the same in Russia today if Her conditions were met. Yet we do not have 9 million Russians converted to the Catholic Faith even today, 19 years later, not even one million conversions. There are less Catholics in Russia today than in 1917 when the Communist Revolution broke out. There are not even two million Catholics in all of Russia to this day. This small number of Catholics is acknowledged by even the most optimistic Catholic observers of Russia.

       The conversion of Russia has not taken place even to the Orthodox. 96% of those who might claim to be Orthodox Russians do not go to Church on a regular basis, if at all. The Patriarch Alexy says that satanism is on the rise in Russia. Surely, such a phenomenon does not represent the conversion of Russia.

       Our Lady is the One Who has the God-given role to crush the devil’s head. The rise of satanism in Russia does not represent the triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Anything but.

       For those people who are so secularized as to think that you can have a moral conversion without a religious conversion, the changes in Russia since 1984 show that Russia is not converting, but perverting, that the divorce rate in Russia has increased, that the average age of the Russian male which was 68 years old in 1989 is now reduced to 60 years because of the two leading causes of death, namely alcoholism and violence.

       In other words, the average Russian man, since 1990, lives 8 years shorter a life span because he is either killing himself from drinking too much alcohol or he is being killed by another citizen by acts of violence. By anyone’s standards, these things going on in Russia do not represent a conversion, but rather a deterioration, a perversion.

       The leading source of child pornography in the world, is in fact, Russia, because they have the most lenient laws in the world, according to Russian authorities themselves and this crime is hardly punished even when people are convicted, if they can be convicted in the laws that Russia has.

       So, in brief, where is the conversion of Russia that we were promised by Our Lady of Fatima if the consecration were done?

       Where is the world peace that we were promised?

       There is no peace given to mankind as we were solemnly promised if Russia were consecrated. This lack of peace does not even, for the moment, take into account the 50 million victims of the world’s most destructive war conducted through all the history of mankind, namely the war against the unborn. Every year, 50 million victims die, that is 50 million innocent babies die in this unrelenting war, and abortion still goes on around the world, and particularly in Russia where it is estimated that a woman of childbearing age has an average of 12 abortions in her lifetime.

       Aside from the war against the unborn, there have been some 30 wars in various parts of the world since 1984, including genocidal wars in Africa, e.g. Rwanda. Some 10 million victims have died violent deaths in these more than 30 wars that have taken place since 1984 and some are still going on today. We can hardly say that mankind is enjoying a period of peace.

       And we are all aware of the terrorist acts in New York City as well as the war in Afghanistan and the threat of war in the Middle East, not to mention the plight of the Palestinians in the Holy Land dying daily in acts of war. So there is no peace, there is no conversion, and that is because there is no consecration.

       Those people in high places in the Vatican such as Msgr. Bertone, and in the media, who claim that the consecration was done in 1984 are telling us a falsehood. If you believe Msgr. Bertone on that point, it would seem obvious that you also believe his other written and published falsehoods that "The decision of His Holiness Pope John Paul II to make public the third part of the >secret’ of Fatima brings to an end a period of history marked by tragic human lust for power and evil ..."

       You surely are not that gullible to believe such a gross deception. But that is what Msgr. Bertone wants you to believe. He, apparently, is trying to tell you that the triumph of the Immaculate Heart is now here and that a period of peace has been given to mankind, despite the fact that everyone knows that we are not living in such a period of peace.

Against a Fact
There is No Argument

       Not even the pronouncement of a high Vatican official can change the facts. The fact is that the consecration of Russia has not taken place. The fact is, there are people in high places in the Vatican who want you to believe that it has.

       This untruth is worse than many lies that are told to you; because it is the truth about the consecration followed by our acting upon this truth about the consecration that will bring peace to all mankind and salvation to many millions of souls. That is why it is so crucial, so necessary, so urgent that the truth be known before it is too late.

       The best way to bring the truth of this matter to yourself and to your neighbors and your friends as well as to the Church is to bring the book, The Devil’s Final Battle to their attention.

       The very first thing you need to do is read it yourself.

       The second thing is to pray that this truth be widely known.

       The third thing is to do your part to bring this book to the hands of thousands of others. If you, at least bring it to 5 or 10 people yourself and get them to read it, and after they read it, encourage them to each give 5 or 10 copies to 5 or 10 more people and ask them to read it.

       It is up to you to make the truth known. Only when the truth is widely known, will the errors and the campaigns against Our Lady of Fatima be stopped.

       Finally, then, the consecration will be done, whereby we are delivered from the reign of the devil and the world will have peace.

The Fatima Crusader, (see www.fatima.org), has extensively already explained the following: The Vatican’s own newspaper, L’Osservatore Romano, published the Pope’s remarks, his ad-lib which was not in his prepared text, which clearly indicated that after he had already consecrated the world to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, he said to Our Lady of Fatima, "Enlighten especially those people whose consecration and entrusting you are awaiting from us." But Our Lady of Fatima only asked for the consecration of Russia. This text has been photographically reproduced in The Fatima Crusader three times. To all this evidence, the anti-Fatima publications, including some that profess devotion to Our Lady of Fatima, only reply by complete silence. They dare not address this issue since they know they cannot sustain their thesis that the consecration is done and that anyone who says otherwise is against the Pope.

       As was reported in Avvenire, on the afternoon of March 25, 1984, several hours after he had consecrated the world in front of the statue of Our Lady of Fatima, the Pope again clearly indicated that he knew he had not fulfilled Our Lady’s request for the consecration of Russia.
