Restoration of The Church
Will Only Come Through the Triumph of
the
Immaculate Heart

 Our Lord Jesus Christ said in the gospel,
“Fear not, I have conquered the world”. This is a
reason for great confidence.
 We look at the
prophecies of the saints down through the centuries. They point to the present
crisis in the Church, to the crises in society, and throughout the world, but
they also speak of the great restoration that will take place. Whereas in
previous centuries, the saints prophesied, and Our Blessed Lady appeared to
privileged souls and pointed to a time in the future.
Our Lady of
Fatima, on the other hand, told us that we are now living in that time, a time
of disorder that will culminate with the greatest chastisement to ever take
place in the history of the world. But then there will be a great restoration
of the Church and of the glorious traditions of the Church. Our Lady of Fatima
said, “In the end My Immaculate Heart will triumph.” We
have the infallible assurance of Jesus Christ that He indeed has conquered the
world. And so there is no doubt whatever that the full restoration of the old
faith and religion, integral and entire, will take place, and the Church will
flourish more gloriously than ever before in the past.
What is the best
way to bring this about? Our Lady of Fatima provided us with the answer to that
question. She said that if Her requests are carried out there will be peace in
the world. There will be the conversion of Russia, Her Immaculate Heart will
triumph.
The triumph of
the Immaculate Heart of Mary is inconceivable if not understood in the context
of the full restoration of Catholic tradition. And, therefore, the answer is
very clear. What is the best way to bring about the realization of this
restoration? It is to bring about the fulfillment of Our Lady of Fatima’s
requests.
So many times I
have heard traditional priests make the remark that Father Gruner should do
more for the restoration of tradition because this is so central to our faith,
whereas Fatima is a devotion — it is something peripheral. But it is they
who have not understood that no matter how hard we work with all the greatest
efforts we can make; we can consume our lives working to restore tradition, but
if we do not bring about the fulfillment of the requests of Our Lady of Fatima,
our labors will be in vain. “Unless the Lord build the house, they labour
in vain who build it.” (Psalm 126)
We do not want
tradition to merely survive as an underground Church, as an ecclesiastical
alternative lifestyle. We do not want the Roman Protestant Conciliar Ecumenical
Church to remain forever the mainstream, while we true Catholics, integral
traditional Catholics, remain only as the underground, the
“dissidents”. That is not a restoration. That is not a triumph. If we
do not take the means that Heaven has given us to bring about the restoration,
that is all we will ever be able to accomplish. With all the efforts we may
make, we can accomplish nothing if we do not do things according to the means
that God has given us.
We read in
scripture, God says to us, “My ways are not your ways.”
What is it that will bring about the full restoration of our
traditions? Our Lady of Fatima said, on the 13th of July, 1917, She will come
back and She will ask for the consecration of Russia. Our Lady of Fatima did
fulfill Her promise and She came back on the 13th of June, 1929, appeared to
Sister Lucy at the convent in Tuy where She was staying. Our Lady said,
“The moment has come in which God asks the Holy Father to make, in
union with all the bishops of the world, the consecration of Russia to My
Immaculate Heart...” Our Lady said She would save Russia by this
means, She would convert Russia by this means. She also asked for the
communions of reparation, the devotion of reparation, the Five First Saturdays.
These are the things that are going to bring about the fulfillment of Her
requests.
The consecration
of Russia has not been done. Therefore the triumph of the Immaculate Heart of
Mary has not taken place, and since that triumph has not taken place the
restoration of our traditions has not taken place. Obviously there has not been
enough reparation done in order to merit the grace because “God is
in Heaven; whatever He wills, He does” (Psalm 113). When God
decrees to confer the efficacious grace to bring about the Consecration of
Russia, His will cannot be resisted. When that blessed moment comes, the Pope
will order the bishops of the world together with him to consecrate Russia to
the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
Our Lord Jesus
Christ said to Sister Lucy that He wants His Church to acknowledge as a triumph
of the Immaculate Heart of Mary that work, the miracle of the conversion of
Russia taking place, through that act of consecration, that public and solemn
act of the Church, of the hierarchy of the Church in such a visible and public
manner. It is the will of Christ that the world will see and acknowledge that
the tremendous miraculous grace from Heaven took place through the intercession
of the Immaculate Heart of Mary and that this is the beginining of the
accomplishment of the triumph of Her Immaculate Heart. And so it will not
happen until that public and solemn act is performed. Unfortunately, what has
taken place up to now has been repeated acts of consecration and entrustment of
the world to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. That is not what She
requested.
Even Sister Lucy
pointed out in the past that the consecration of the world is not what Our Lady
asked for. The promise will not be fulfilled until the Pope and the bishops do
their part.
Our Lord Jesus
Christ said that peace will not be given to the world unless the Consecration
of Russia is done. For this to be brought about there are definite spiritual
means that have been placed into our hands to bring about the fulfillment of
this most important request of Our Lady. Fulfilling that request in turn will
bring about the fulfillment of Her promises, the triumph of Her Immaculate
Heart and the full restoration of our Catholic tradition.
All this will be
accomplished by obedience to Our Lady’s requests. Our Lady gives easy to
fulfill, easy to do, easy to understand, step by step measures. She requested
that we pray the Rosary every day. She invites us to wear the Brown Scapular.
She points out that we must avoid sin, stop offending Our Lord — then She
introduces a most efficacious devotion — the Five First Saturdays. It is,
in a special way the widespread adoption of these requests — That will
help obtain the grace of the Pope and the bishops to do the Consecration of
Russia. Now the question might come about; why five Saturdays? Why not seven or
why not nine like the Nine First Fridays? Of course, the answer is given in the
revelation made by Jesus Christ. Sister Lucy wrote to her spiritual director
who had asked her these very questions.
“When I was
in the chapel with Our Lord part of the night of May 29th and 30th of 1930 and
I spoke to Our Lord about the questions 4 and 5, I suddenly felt myself more
intimately possessed by the Divine presence and if I am not mistaken this is
what was revealed to me;
‘My daughter the reason is simple: There are five
ways in which people offend, and blaspheme against the Immaculate Heart of
Mary.
- The blasphemies against the Immaculate
Conception.
- Against Her Virginity.
- Against the Divine Maternity, refusing at the same
time to accept Her as the Mother of all mankind.
- Those who try publicly to implant in the
children’s hearts, indifference, contempt and even hate against this
Immaculate Mother.
- Those who insult Her directly in Her sacred images.
Here, my daughter, is the reason why the Immaculate
Heart of Mary made Me ask for this little act of reparation and due to it move
My mercy to forgive those souls who had the misfortune of offending
Her.’”
This is the
reason why there is the devotion of the Five First Saturdays. When enough
reparation has been accomplished then the grace of the consecration of Russia
will be given. Heaven will then intervene and bring about the conversion of
Russia, the restoration of peace in the world. Peace which is the
“tranquility of order” to use the definition of St. Augustine.
There can
only be order when the social order has been returned to its normal condition.
But that is not possible in the presently overturned condition of the social
order in which society refuses to be subject to God’s law. However, when
the law of God is enshrined in the public laws of the nations, when the nations
of the world profess the Catholic faith and profess their belief in their
Divine Savior, Our Lord Jesus Christ, then there will be peace, because there
will be the tranquility of order.
I hear it said
often by people who are not very perceptive, that we have peace in the world
now. (Ed. Note: There is no peace in the world with 67 countries in some state
of war today. See the section "Is There Peace in the World?" within the article
"A Missed Opportunity" in this issue of The
Fatima Crusader.) They say the conversion of Russia is in its initial
stages already. There’s no longer any Soviet Union. They still labor under
the illusion that there is some partnership between the United States and
Russia. Their minds are still back at the time of the fall of the Berlin Wall,
the fall of the Soviet Union. They have not really been very perceptive about
what has taken place in Russia and the world since then.
Last summer, in
the summit between Russia and China, the announcement was made that Russia and
China have a convergence of interest against the United States. When we read
the prophecies of the saints — St. John Bosco, Blessed Anna Marie Taigi,
Sister Eleana Aiello — who received messages from Our Blessed Lady
Herself, we read of the Great Chastisement of the world. The message of Our
Lady of Good Success back in 1634 speaks of a “Tremendously
destructive war in which the blood of priests and religious will
flow.” The prophecies of the saints reveal that Russia, together
with China and the Arab nations, are going to invade the Western nations.
They’re going to bring about chaos throughout the entire world.
 People often forget the lesson of the Korean war. The invisible
Chinese Army infiltrated, one by one. They went through forests and crossed
rivers while the allied forces looked for troop movements, for great numbers of
military personnel. The troop movements had already taken place little by
little by means of the above described infiltration. When we think of the
so-called People’s Liberation Army, we’re thinking of people wearing
green uniforms, with a red star on their hat, marching with rifles, failing to
understand they have already infiltrated those countries that they consider to
be their main, principal enemy. They are already here and only await the order
to attack.
Our Lady said to
Sister Eleana Aiello that Russia will attack the United States with secret
armies. This clearly appears to refer to the Russian special operations forces,
the Spetsnaz. Large numbers of young athletic Russians have already
entered North America. Many of them are members of the Spetsnaz. These
are people specializing in making chaos and causing destruction. They are here
in this country and they await the signal that will come on the appointed day
of revolution.
That is why the
United States will not be in much of a position to help defend Europe when the
Russians, the Chinese and the Arabs devastate Europe as the saints have
prophesied.
This will take
place as Our Lord Jesus Christ said to Sister Lucy, “Make it known
to My ministers, that in delaying the execution of My request, they follow the
example of the King of France. And like him they will fall into
misfortune.” In 1689 Our Lord requested that the King consecrate
France to the Sacred Heart. That consecration was not done and exactly one
hundred years later, King Louis XVI had his head cut off.
I mentioned in
the past the Third Secret of Fatima — the part of the Third Secret that
was revealed. We see military personnel, a group of soldiers killing the Pope,
bishops and priests, and prominent lay people. This will all take place and it
will take place very soon. And that is because the requests made by Our Lady of
Fatima have not been fulfilled. God will not reward a sinful world with
blessings and peace. There will either be reparation and conversion which will
merit the grace of God’s blessing or else there will be expiation and
chastisement.
That is why Our
Lady said already in Her apparition in 1634 in Quito, Ecuador that
“There will be a tremendously destructive war, in which the blood of
the priests and religious will flow.” This is what Our Lord meant
when He said about the consecration of Russia that “Yes, the Pope
will do it but it will be late”. It will not be too late to bring
about the end of the chastisement. God’s will, His promise, will be
accomplished, but it will be too late for the Pope and prelates depicted in the
vision of the Third Secret. Their violent deaths are foretold in that part of
the Third Secret of Fatima that has been revealed.
Our Lady of
Fatima said, “In the end My Immaculate Heart will triumph.”
And then, as has been revealed in many prophecies of the saints, there
will be a full restoration of the Church and of her traditions. The Church then
will experience a greater glory even than it has ever known in the past.
