Dear Most Holy Father
As you yourself publicly proclaimed, Our Lady of Fatima saved your life from the assassin's bullets on May 13, 1981. The Mother of God again appeals to you today to prevent the "annihilation of nations" that She predicted would occur if Her requests were not granted.
This power to stop what will be the otherwise certain annihilation of nations is ultimately in your hands alone, Holy Father and true Vicar of Christ.
Pope Benedict XV on the 5th of May, 1917 publicly appealed in a most solemn way to the Holy Mother of God to show to humanity the way to peace.

| As the Blessed Virgin Mary in the name of the Most Holy Trinity said at Tuy on June 13, 1929, "The moment has come in which God asks of the Holy Father to make, and to order that in union with him and at the same time, all the bishops of the world make the consecration of Russia to My Immaculate Heart." | In response, Our Lady came to Fatima on May 13, 1917. She particularly asked that the Holy Father consecrate, set aside, dedicate to the exclusive service of God, Russia, and promised that it was By This Means that Russia would be converted and a period of peace given to mankind.
Our Lord Jesus Christ told Sister Lucy, the child seer of Fatima, that this consecration of Russia was necessary for peace and that there was no other way to achieve it.
Holy Father, even after consecrating the `world' to the Immaculate Heart, on March 25, 1984, you publicly stated before 250,000 people that Our Lady of Fatima was still awaiting the consecration of Russia.
We know that many obstacles have been put in your way to prevent you from making this urgent consecration. Jesus Himself said, "Pray, Pray for the Holy Father. He will do it but it will be late." The consequence of this delay is the certainty that many souls will be lost forever.
Most Holy Father, thank you for your recent Blessing of our work.
