You will be amply rewarded by studying the article by Father Denis Fahey, "The Program of Christ Against the Plans of Satan." It is something that most lay Catholics and even many clergy must know and yet do not.

       It is the key to understanding our world, the meaning of Fatima and how to recognize real Christian Peace and not a new camouflage of the evil one.

       To understand this teaching, read first the side positively outlining the plans of Jesus Christ for world order and peace and then read the contradictory aims of satan on the other side.

       The authority of Father Denis Fahey's outline of the Program of Christ involved here is that of Christ Himself. It is Jesus Who said to Peter and his successors, the popes, that when they teach in His Name, "He who hears you, hears Me."

       Much of this article is the voice of the Ordinary and Universal Magisterium of the Pope, and as such, it is infallible (See Vatican I) even though it is not solemnly proclaimed.

       No doubt some of this will be to many of our readers a shock, because they are operating under a delusion that they were taught the Catholic Faith fully in their schools and books and courses, but there is nothing here that you will not be able to verify as indeed coming from the source and the authority that Father Fahey indicates.

       If you allow yourself the time to reflect to the depths of what is there summarized in "The Program of Christ Against the Plans of Satan" a beautiful picture of peace for all mankind will emerge, one that is both practical and accurate. One that, with your help, can and will be realized as soon as enough people like you commit yourselves to do all you can to establish, sustain and advance the Kingdom of Jesus Christ here on earth.

       This true lasting peace will be given to humanity in the near future, but only after the consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary is done and done properly.

       To achieve this peace and this promise of Our Lady, several steps must be done. You and I and everyone who has had the grace to understand must realize that we have an obligation to act and do whatever we can to realize the plan of God and Our Lady of Fatima.

       As we can see, the whole world needs to be converted as individuals and as communities. As individuals, each must stop sinning, pray for help, do good and obey all of Jesus' commands; at least, the minimum ones necessary to go to Heaven and avoid Hell.

       In fact, at Rianjo, Jesus told Sister Lucy that He was pleased with her prayers to Him for the conversion of Spain, Portugal, Europe, Russia and the whole world. In fact, He commanded her to also ask Our Lady for these great graces. And then He dictated these two prayers:

       "By Thy Pure and Immaculate Conception, O Mary, obtain for me the conversion of Russia, Spain, Portugal, Europe, and the entire world."

       "Sweet Heart of Mary, be the Salvation of Russia, Spain, Portugal, Europe, and the whole world".

       Obviously then, Jesus knows, and is letting us know (if we didn't already), that the whole world needs conversion. Yet at the same time He still insists on the need for the Consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

       It is clear that through the conversion of Russia, there will come about the conversion of the rest of the world, because Our Lady says, "In the end, My Immaculate Heart will triumph," (l) "the Holy Father will consecrate Russia to Me," (2) "Russia will be converted"; and, (3) "a period of peace will be given to mankind."

So the Steps that Must Take Place Are:

       (1) First of all, the faithful remnant of Mary who understand the full Fatima Message must recognize they have been given a talent by Almighty God which is more than many of their contemporaries have received. God expects a return on His investment. He does not want them burying this talent in the ground and giving Him no return by not doing anything.

       You must pray and you must work for this triumph, to the extent you can. "To him therefore who knows to do good, and does it not, to him it is sin." (James 4:17)

       They must not only do their duties toward God, toward their immediate circle of associates, friends and neighbors, as required by Christ in the New Testament and in the 10 Commandments, they must also do what they can for the common good of humanity and for the salvation of souls by working towards getting the Consecration of Russia done; this too is our duty in Christian justice and charity.

       What is needed is enough efficacious prayers, sacrifices, almsgiving and work to be performed by Our Lady's faithful followers. These efforts are necessary to make many of the bishops and a sufficient number of priests and lay people aware of the fact that the Church and Christian civilization and even the very existence of entire peoples will be saved only through the exact obedience of the Holy Father and the Catholic bishops to Our Lady of Fatima.

       The Pope and bishops must obey the solemn command of the Most Holy Trinity given them through the Fatima Message, that they consecrate specifically Russia in a solemn and public way, on the same day and hour to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

       When these preparatory efforts are fulfilled then will the Holy Father feel that he can obey, then he will do it.

       To this end, a certain basic conversion of minds and hearts is needed by a larger number of clergy and lay people so as to enable this step to be completed. As a first step the misinformation about the Fatima Message must be combatted by making the full Fatima Message known.

After 75 years we are still at this first step!

       When the Pope has enough moral support and prayers of laypeople, religious, priests and bishops, then he will be able to obey the solemn Fatima command.

       When he finally obeys and in turn commands the bishops to obey him as Our Lady of Fatima explained the Pope must do, then we have realized the first Triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. "In the end, My Immaculate Heart will triumph, the Holy Father will consecrate Russia to Me."

       (2) The next step is the conversion of Russia and this is the second triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary and a direct result of the first triumph. The second triumph is this: "Russia will be converted."

       (3) Finally, the next stage is through the instrumentality of the conversion of Russia which will be the greatest moral miracle the world has ever seen whereby Russia will convert back to God wholeheartedly and thereby become faithful, believing, practicing Catholics (not, "Orthodox Christians" or "Protestant Christians").

       This moral miracle will be an occasion of grace for many around the world to be converted. It will also provide many missionaries from Russia who, grateful to the Immaculate Heart, will spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the King of kings and the Lord of lords around the world. They shall thereby convert many millions of others such as: Moslems, Jews, atheists, Protestants, Orthodox, materialists, humanists, etc., to the Catholic faith and practice. By these and other missionary efforts all nations will soon be brought into the full plan of God for world peace (see article "The Program of Christ Against the Plans of Satan" in this issue) and then the final part of Our Lady's Triumph will be realized, namely, "and a period of peace will be given to the world."

       Let us do our part in bringing about this Grace-filled triumphant peace and reign of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

       Now that we know what is necessary and what the plan is and how to recognize the various disguises of the devil's people, even though they change their names from Communists, to Socialists, to Social Democrats, to Liberal Humanists, Conservative Humanists, etc., let us look beyond the labels to the reality. Let us delay no longer, or stand on the sidelines no more.
