We are now on the very threshold of the New World Order/one world government under the tyrannical Antichrist predicted in Sacred Scripture, unless we wake up. Here is important evidence you can verify for yourself.

The following article is composed of extracts taken from the July 1991 McAlvany Intelligence Advisor.

George Bush and Mikhail Gorbachev both want to impose on all of us the one world government New World Order. Read this article to find out how terrible that is.

       America in the early 1990s is rapidly being converted into a socialist police state — to be merged by the turn of the century (i.e. within nine years) into a one-world socialist government (called the "New World Order" by Bush and Gorbachev) under the United Nations and under the occultic New Age Movement.

       Like the slowly boiled frog, most Americans (including most conservatives and Christians) cannot see the rapid deterioration of our basic freedoms, of our traditional way of life, of our Judeo-Christian values, and of our national sovereignty and independence. It is as if a whole generation of Americans, mesmerized and anaesthetized by 25-35 hours of television per week and decades of material prosperity, has been given over to a spirit of delusion or blindness.

       As more and more socialist, collectivist, internationalist, anti-family, and unconstitutional laws, edicts, or bureaucratic rules and regulations proliferate, and are imposed upon the American people, it seems that the apathy and complacency of the great majority (including most Christians and conservatives) continues to grow just as rapidly. The American people, as the peoples of England, Europe, South Africa, Australia, and much of the so-called free world, seem to be well prepared to become obedient, docile slaves in the Orwellian world of people control which is emerging in the 1990s.

       The New World Order/New Age movements have planned, strategized, and written in their secret meetings and writings for decades (if not centuries) that their ultimate goals were: 1) the abolition of all ordered government; 2) the abolition of private property; 3) the abolition of inheritance; 4) the abolition of patriotism; 5) the abolition of all religion; and 6) the abolition of the family. When these goals are achieved (they hope by the year 2000), the New World Order will emerge — the dawning of a New Age — the age of Aquarius. The New Age which is coming, whether carried along and nourished by the Illuminati, the US liberal eastern establishment, the Council on Foreign Relations, the Trilateral Commission, the Club of Rome, the Bilderbergers, the Socialist International, or the Fabian Socialists, is characterized by deception, and by a supernatural, Satanic dynamic. This movement, which promises so much in the way of peace, prosperity, brotherhood, and world unity, will deliver precisely the opposite — death, destruction, slavery, and incredible evil.

       The 1990s are truly shaping up as the decade of destiny — when we will see history's greatest collision between freedom and slavery, between truth and deception, between good and evil, and between God and Satan. Christians and other students of the Bible know which side will ultimately win; but between here and there lies great suffering, pain and convulsions. Christians, conservatives, and other freedom loving Americans need to prepare for a time of trial and testing the balance of the 1990's unlike any time they have ever lived through, and they need to remember that they are ultimately on the winning side.

       This issue of MIA will examine several areas of the coming conflict: America's plunge into socialism; the new currency and the thrust toward a cashless society and a one world banking and monetary system; the computerization of all aspects of Americans' lives and the enslaving controls which will follow; and the Orwellian abolition of all privacy for Americans — financial and personal. A course of action will then be laid out to protect yourself and your family as much as possible in the coming New World Order/New Age.

We must open our spiritual eyes of faith and fully accept Our Heavenly Mother's warning and promise of help. The message of Fatima is clear. If we do not heed Our Lady's requests we shall be enslaved in a Russian style Communistic one world government. Our only hope is to obey Her requests.

Part I: Toward an American Police State

       "Either some Caesar or Napoleon will seize the reins of government with a strong hand, or your republic (America) will be as fearfully plundered and laid waste by barbarians in the Twentieth Century, as the Roman Empire was in the Fifth; with this difference, that the Huns and Vandals who ravaged the Roman Empire came from without, and that your Huns and Vandals will have been engendered within your own country by your institutions." Thomas Macaulay — A letter to H.S. Randall, May 23, 1857.

       "For the past 17 months, President Bush ... has adopted almost verbatim major policy ideas from the campaign of Michael Dukakis." Former Dukakis-for-President staffers Michael Aronson and Christopher J. George, June, 1990.

       George Bush, the liberal US Congress, the gargantuan nunelected bureaucracy, the liberal US court system, and various state and local municipalities are passing more laws, regulations, rules and edicts that are strangling Americans' freedoms than at any time in our history.

       The Wall Street Journal, in a 6/17/91 editorial titled, "The Reregulation President", pointed out that the Bush Administration is pushing more rules and regulations via the Clean Air Act, the Bank Secrecy Act of 1986, the Hate Crimes Bill, gun control legislation, etc. than any other US President. Using bureaucratic agencies such as IRS, OSHA, E.P.A., BATF, DEA, etc. (staffed with tens of thousands of faceless, unelected bureaucrats and funded with tens of billions of US taxpayer funds) the Bush Administration and Congress are presiding over a wholesale slaughter of Americans' rights and freedoms.

       Thousands of Americans are presently being arrested, tried and jailed for violation of various rules and regulations which have grown out of new laws emanating from Congress over the past few years. Legislation such as the Bank Secrecy Act of 1986, the Clean Air Act, the Hates Crime Bill and various gun control initiatives have been passed with criminal penalties attached for violations. In many instances, little or no public notice of the new regulations is given. Remember, ignorance of the law is not a defense in America. Then government agents from OSHA, IRS, BATF, EPA and other agencies go out and set traps for people who in many instances have never heard of the regulations (these traps are called "stings"). The government "victim" is enticed to violate the new criminalized regulation, and then is arrested, indicted and tried. Most of these "sting" victims are convicted and much publicity is given to the case — to intimidate others into full compliance with the new law or regulation.

       Paul Craig Roberts wrote in an excellent syndicated editorial (6/15/91): Historically, the law's purpose was to protect citizens from unpredictable and arbitrary power. But those days are gone. Today, over a wide front, the US government is prosecuting private citizens on the basis of charges not hitherto known as grounds for legal action." Roberts referred to "the government's KGB-style application of arbitrary and abusive power" in attempting to get a felony conviction for Exxon's accidental Valdez supertanker oil spill. The government finally gouged Exxon for $1 billion in fines on what was clearly a non-premeditated accident.

       Examples of the US (or state) government's arbitrary abuse of power are beginning to multiply all across America. Just a few will illustrate the trend.

       1) In California, state police can now kick down a citizen's door with no search warrant, search his premises, and seize unregistered firearms if the police suspect that the "crime" of possessing an unregistered weapon (on a list of 56 targeted weapons) is taking place. The gun owner faces up to three years in jail.

       2) In Milwaukee, sheriff's deputies and police set up roadblock/checkpoint on I-94 on 5/4/91 to arbitrarily search cars for illegal substances. Everyone was treated as guilty until proven innocent. This is a clear violation of the constitutional protection from "unwarranted search and seizure" as was item 1) above.

       3) The US Supreme Court ruled 7 to 2 on 5/23/91 that police may search baggage and other containers in a car without a search warrant.

       4) The US Supreme Court ruled 5 to 4 on 5/13/91 that police can arrest people without a warrant and keep them in jail for 48 hours before any hearing on whether the arrest was justified. Justice Antonin Scalia decried the ruling as "an unconstitutional expansion of police powers. Hereafter, a law abiding citizen wrongfully arrested may be compelled to wait two days in jail, never once given the opportunity to show a judge that there is absolutely no reason to hold him, that a mistake had been made."

       5) The Bush Administration is pushing as part of its massive crime bill, 40 pages of legislation calling, according to the New York Times — 5/24/91 for a "system of secret trials, secret evidence, and secret decisions in deportation trials for aliens." NYT writer Anthony Lewis called the secret deportation hearings, whereby the alien could be immediately detained, denied the right to be heard, deported with no evidence against him, and deported to the country the Justice Department designates — as "a radical break with 200 years of American constitutional tradition and law."

       The Times article, subtitled: "A Plan For Secret Trials in America" concluded that a Chinese student opposed to the Beijing regime, could be forcibly sent back to China on evidence supplied by the Chinese communist government.

       6) Police in Luling, Texas, looking for a young man, staged a night raid on a home — busting in with guns drawn. The 82-year-old father who thought they were criminals, "acted menacingly" was shot five times in the chest. The 39-year-old son was arrested on possession of a small quantity of diet pills and the police were declared to have "acted properly."

       7) On 6/27/91, the San Francisco Police Department announced that they had set up a whole division to deal with "hate crimes" (presumably against homosexuals — who make up a large percentage of San Francisco's population).

       8) In May, the Drug Enforcement Administration demanded customers lists from garden suppliers across the country as the DEA searches for potential marijuana growers. Thousands of gardeners and users of hydroponic supplies will be questioned or put under surveillance as potential drug suspects.

       9) On 6/13/91 Calvin Wong, 18, was dragged from his San Francisco Bay area high school graduation in cap and gown, handcuffed, and jailed for two weeks as part of a robbery investigation. After two weeks the police concluded that it was a mistaken identity and released Wong with no comment.

       10) Last Christmas, Joe Lee, a collector of autographed celebrity photos wrote to Mikhail Gorbachev asking for an autographed photo. The FBI (in collaboration with the Postal Service) opened Lee's letter and then came to his home to interrogate him. An FBI spokesman when asked about this "illegal mail tampering", replied that the agency regularly looks at mail going to certain foreign countries.

       In the mid 80's this writer, Don McAlvany, a frequent traveller to the much hated Republic of South Africa, was paid a visit by a CIA agent — who inquired about your editor's many contacts in South Africa. His fishing expedition was a dry run, but over the next 12 months, virtually every piece of mail this writer received from the RSA was crudely ripped open and taped shut — just a not-so-subtle reminder that Big Brother was reading my mail from South Africa. Much of the mail this writer sent to the RSA during that period was never received.

       11) Outgoing CIA Director William Webster proposed that the CIA be allowed to operate within the US (a violation of its charter) against so-called corporate spies. This could soon place CIA agents spying against and within US Corporations and could open Pandora's Box for the CIA to be used against the American people — much as the KGB is used against the Russian people in the Soviet Union.

       12) Christians in America are increasingly being denied equal free speech rights to pray or discuss the Bible in public schools, display nativity scenes in public parks, erect crosses on public land or exercise their right to non-violently protest against abortion clinics. In dozens of instances, police have brutalized and injured peaceful anti-abortion demonstrators who are in turn being jailed under RICO statutes and/or heavily fined for peacefully demonstrating.

Part I Conclusion

       Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia in his dissent to the 48-hour holding period in jail, pointed out that the US courts were creating rights not found in the US constitution, to protect guilty criminals, while taking away rights from the innocent that the framers of the constitution had guaranteed. Americans are fed up with the liberal pampering of hardened criminals (i.e. murderers, rapists, drug dealers, robbers, etc.) and are demanding a get tough attitude against these criminals (and rightly so). But, what they don't understand is that the liberal Congress, the Bush Administration, the bureaucracy, and the courts will continue to be soft on hardened criminals, while passing laws, rules and regulations to prosecute tens of thousands of innocent Americans caught up in the net of new and criminalized government regulations. For example, violation of the Clean Air Act can result in a 450 year jail sentence, a five to ten times more severe penalty than for murder, rape or bank robbery.

       As will be discussed below, most tax offenses are about to be declared to be "money laundering", will be criminalized, and punishable by jail. Gun control violations will likewise be criminalized. Is this the new way to silence American dissenters, conservatives, Christians, etc? Is this why George Bush has ordered the doubling of America's prison capacity? The war on crime, like the war on drugs, may not be a war against criminals at all — but a war against honest law abiding, patriotic US citizens — especially those who oppose the New World Order. Is this what it was like in Germany in the 1930's as the Nazis were rising to power and a remnant of patriots opposed them?

       [Ed. Note: All of these trends toward socialism, gun control, and police state controls over the American people will accelerate dramatically right after the 1992 Presidential election. The dark side of George Bush and his New World Order will begin to manifest in spades in early 1993. As international banker Paul Warburg told the US Senate (12/2/50): "We shall have a world government, whether we like it or not. The only question is whether it will be created by consent or by conquest." Save this issue of MIA and reread it in early 1993.

To be victorious against the militant atheists' plot to enslave us in the New World Order we must realize that God has reserved this final victory to those who fight for Him under the banner of His Most Holy Mother Who will crush the serpents (Satan's) head. ( Genesis 3:15).

Part II: Toward a Cashless Society

       Cash is freedom! The socialists and New World Order crowd understand that in order to completely control the people, they must monitor their spending and control their money. Hence, for decades the advocates of world government have been pushing for all financial transactions to be funnelled into the computerized banking or credit card system (first nationally and then globally). The cashless society means people control.

       The new currency, about to be issued in coming months (or weeks), is simply a stepping stone, an intermediate step, to a global currency and central bank and ultimately to a computerized, cashless society — which is intrinsic to the New World Order/New Age dispensation which the globalists plan to usher in by the year 2000 or sooner.

Part III: The Computerization of the American People

       "He also forced everyone, small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on his right hand or on his forehead, so that no one could buy or sell unless he had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of his name ... His number is 666." Apocalypse 13:16-18

       We live in the day of the computer. Computer knowledge, speed of processing, and technology is now doubling every two years. This tremendous explosion in computer technology and gathering of information has set the stage where all sensitive personal and financial information about you will be centralized and available for review.

       For years, the government collected vast amounts of sensitive information about you but was not able to make full use of the information because managing and correlating this material was impossible. All that has changed with the computerization of virtually all government files. This process happened at a rapid speed in all levels of government and in the private sector over the past 10 years. The banks, credit agencies, insurance companies, all types of stores and businesses, and general employers now have access to these records, which within seconds can give massive quantities of sensitive information about you.

       Part and parcel of this total computerization of all information is the cashless society, whereby computers will electronically transfer credits and debits. As credits and debits are electronically transferred to and from your different financial accounts, no "real money" will change hands — there will be no need for cash because computers will electronically conduct the transactions. The need for cash and checks will evaporate. Today, upwards to three fourths of all banking is done electronically. The US government electronically deposits most payroll, welfare, and social security checks as do many businesses.

       Each American has dozens (if not hundreds) of computer data files on him — with the government now maintaining between two and three dozen separate files on each American. The key for the government's managing, merging, integrating, and using all of this miscellaneous computerized data is a single, universal number — to tie all the various data bases together. Your Social Security number has become that universal key to merging and releasing all that computerized information.

       It is virtually impossible to live in America without your Social Security number. If you have any contact with the government, you must have the number. It is required for federal, state, and local tax forms; for all medical plans; for passports; to receive welfare, unemployment benefits, medicare payments, food stamps, or any government check for any purpose; to open a bank account or a securities account, etc. Most businesses and retail stores have begun asking for Social Security numbers on transactions as do most doctors, dentists and medical practitioners. (No one is legally bound to give the number to these latter groups and it seems unwise to this writer to do so.)

The Government's National Computer Network

       Out of this explosion in computer technology and tying together of dozens (or hundreds) of data bases via the Social Security number has come a national computer network where government agencies can almost instantaneously call up any or all information on you or your family, covering your life, finances, and activities literally from the cradle to the grave. (Social Security numbers are now required for two years old and up.)

       Since 1985, the IRS has been computerizing all Americans and that project is now virtually complete. A computer profile now exists on virtually every American family or individual, which will enable the government by computers to monitor virtually all of your activities, trace, track, and watch your financial, business or personal dealings, locate you in very short order, and perhaps eventually directly assess your taxes based on your computerized financial profile — electronically debiting your bank account for the taxes due.

       The computerization of the American people will enable the government to watch and control you from the cradle to the grave. If this sounds a lot like George Orwell's 1984, Nicolia Ceaucescu's Romania, Hitler's Third Reich or Gorbachev's or Deng Xiaoping's communist "paradises" — it is because it is! The New World Order/New Age government of the future will be able to watch and control its subjects more completely and efficiently than any totalitarian power in the past. The computer will help them to do so!

Part III: Conclusion

       The explosion in computer technology over the past 10-15 years is a mixed blessing. It has made our life more efficient, organized, and fast-tracked, but it has also opened up Pandora's box as far as Big Brother's scrutinizing, tracking, and one day controlling every aspect of our lives. American children two years old and up must now have a Social Security number (their universal number tying them to the government's myriad of data bases) so they can almost literally be tracked from the cradle to the grave.

       With benevolent, free market, freedom oriented government (the kind Americans enjoyed for almost 200 years), this computer technology would be no threat. But with a Hitler, Gorbachev, or Deng Xiaopeng in power, or a New World Order/New Age oriented leadership, this computer technology could be a dangerous vehicle for enslaving America and the world.

Part IV: How Big Brother Is Abolishing Our Privacy

       Privacy is one of the most essential ingredients of freedom, and yet it is one which most Americans completely take for granted — until they lose it. Just as with George Orwell's all seeing, all knowing Big Brother, our government now wants to know everything about all Americans so that it can better protect, tax, and control them. Privacy (like cash) is now viewed as evil by our government bureaucrats — as the "hate crime" of the 1990s.

       In Part I of this topic (written January 1990), this writer wrote:

       "George Orwell's classic novel 1984, described a drab, depressing world in which an all-powerful, socialist government (called by Orwell "Big Brother") enslaved the people by controlling every aspect of their lives, their movements, their finances, and even their thinking. Big Brother regulated every aspect of the peoples' lives to protect them from themselves. He changed or reversed the meaning of words and concepts, so that "slavery" was called "freedom", "war" was called        "peace", "hate" was called "love", etc.

       "He entertained the masses constantly with his own brand of mediocre entertainment (which brainwashed them with leftist political propaganda). He distracted the masses with periodic regional wars. Sound familiar? He became the conscience of the people, he rewrote history, and he controlled the minds and thoughts of his subjects. But most importantly, Big Brother watched the people — he kept them and every aspect of their lives under constant surveillance twenty-four hours a day. Big Brother totally abolished all aspects of privacy.

       "It is ironic that in a day when communist regimes all over Eastern Europe, which have practiced Big Brother's techniques for decades, "appear" to be disintegrating, that the USA, under George Bush, is moving to institute these same KGB-style techniques — all in the name of protecting the people from a series of society-threatening crises. We have the drug crisis, the environmental crisis, the global warming crisis (even though the world is growing colder), the terrorist crisis, the crime crisis, etc. — and Big Brother must protect the American people from these crises.

       "Each of these crises is an excuse for a clique of liberal politicians and bureaucrats to place draconian, socialist controls on every aspect of Americans' lives. In the socialist America of the 1990's, Big Brother wants to scrutinize every move Americans make, monitor every transaction, and ultimately regulate every decision. Money and its free uninhibited flow is the lifeblood of a capitalist society, and if Big Brother can monitor and control that flow, he can control the society. Ordinary citizens who resist will be branded as criminals, (i.e., money launderers) and dealt with accordingly."

       In the book, Privacy and Freedom, first published in 1967, Professor Alan Westin makes a strong case for viewing privacy as an essential human requirement, common in some form to all cultures and necessary to the maintenance of a correct "psychological balance". People, organizations and governments must have some privacy in order to function properly. It is interesting that the first thing the communists did when they took over in Russia and China was to destroy all forms of privacy. They set up spy networks where neighbors would inform on neighbors — just as the Bush Administration is doing today as they encourage bank employees and coin dealers to spy on customers and report any "suspicious behavior". Despots must destroy privacy in order to control people.

       In the Soviet Union, the KGB watches everyone do everything virtually all the time. This draconian Machiavellian system of people watching and controls (complete with Soviet-style ID cards) is coming to America in the 1990's as America plunges into socialism and toward the New World Order and merger with the Soviet Union.

       The proliferation of extraordinary computer technology and other high tech devices is making it possible for a socialistic US government to monitor all aspects (financial and personal) of the American peoples' lives, to abolish privacy, and within a very few years to totally control the people.

Conclusion

       George Orwell's 1984, is rapidly emerging in America in the early 1990's, ushered in by George Bush and his socialist, New World Order associates in the Administration, the Congress, and the government bureaucracy. As America and Russia move toward "Merger of our common interests", America is becoming more like the Soviet Union every day. The socialists in control of America (both Republicans and Democrats), if they continue their current thrust, will deprive Americans of virtually all of our freedoms (financial and otherwise) and turn us into slaves before the decade of the 1990's is over. And they will do it all in the name of good, in the name of protecting us from the drug crisis, the financial crisis, the environmental crisis, the crime crisis, etc.

       Most Americans who grew up in this country over the last 30-40 years are honest, law abiding citizens who have never committed a crime, don't cheat on their taxes, have loved their country and government, and have cheered when the police have tracked down criminals. Most of us are very pro-law enforcement, pro-police, pro-FBI, etc. (And that includes this writer.) But, why don't we cheer when the police and government agents in Russia and China track down and jail their citizens? Because those citizens are by and large innocent of any crime and those governments are evil and repressive. Today, in America, honest law abiding citizens are being declared to be criminals by a US government which is out of control and plunging toward socialism, and the police and government agents who are supposed to protect our rights are beginning to act more and more like their counterparts in the Soviet bloc.

       If one backs away from the details and looks at the big picture, at America's current urge to disarm and merge, at the gun control juggernaut, at the move toward a cashless society, abolition of financial privacy, and socialistic controls over most aspects of our lives, a very ominous picture is emerging with respect to freedom in America. Are we destined to enter the next century as slaves living in a police state?
