Reporting a meeting of several Cardinals in early spring 1981, Father Malachi Martin, in The Jesuits, says that the Vatican-Moscow Agreement was reaffirmed in the early days of John Paul II's pontificate. Quoted here is the passage in the book that refers to that event.
