The United States and the entire non-Communist world have reached the brink of destruction. The way of life that we know is about to come to an end. The rights and liberties that we cherish as our birthright will have no place under Communist rule, and let there be no mistake about it, the Communist takeover is imminent and, in fact, it is already in progress.

A large portion of the State of Alaska, the oil-rich continental shelf and five islands of great strategic importance have been illegally and unconstitutionally handed over to the Russians to be annexed into the Soviet Union. (This unprecedented giveaway involved Wrangell, Herald, Bennett, Henrietta and Jeannette Islands, an outer continental shelf larger than twice the size of California.)

The INF Treaty has now sealed our fate. Victory is impossible and defeat is certain: the demise of the free world is now inevitable.

When President Reagan co-signed America's death warrant with Mr. Gorbachev, Reagan said, "trust but verify". How can anyone who has not completely lost his mind put any trust in a government that professes the philosophy of the lie. Mr. Gorbachev and his lackeys who make up the Communist government of Russia are practitioners of the philosophy of Lenin. It was Lenin who wrote: "The lie is sacred, and deception will be our principal weapon." Lenin also explained that: "The revolutionary dictatorship of the proletariat is power won and maintained by the violence of the proletariat . . . power that is unrestricted by any laws", and for this reason he said that it does not matter that three fourths of the world be destroyed provided that the remaining one fourth be Communist. Mr. Gorbachev, the Politburo and the Central Committee of the Communist Party are all professed followers of Lenin's philosophy.

The Soviets' purpose in entering into a treaty with the United States is not for the sake of peace, but to militarily weaken the United States and NATO, thereby facilitating the military conquest of the West. Dimitri Manuilski said in the Lenin School for Political Warfare in the 1930's: "War to the hilt between Communism and Capitalism is inevitable. Today we are too weak to strike. Our day will come in 30 to 40 years. But first we must lull the capitalist nations to sleep with the greatest overtures of peace and disarmament known throughout history, and then when their guard is dropped, we shall smash them with our clenched fist." The beginning of those peace overtures was Krushchev's policy of "peaceful coexistence" - but Krushchev also told the Americans in 1959 "Your children will be Communists."

Brezhnev promoted "detente" for the same purpose of conquest announced in the 30's by Manuilski. Leonid Brezhnev, speaking confidentially to a group of influential Communist party members, was recorded in 1972, saying, "Trust us comrades, for by 1985, as a consequence of what we are now achieving with detente, we will have achieved most of our objectives in Western Europe. We will have consolidated our position . . . And a decisive shift in the correlation of forces will be such that, come 1985, we will be able to exert our will wherever we need to . . ."

"We will be able to exert our will wherever we need to." And this is exactly what they have done with the INF Treaty. It is the first step in our military surrender. The INF Treaty is entirely one sided - to the advantage of the Soviet Union. All of the missiles that the U.S. is removing can reach the Soviet Union. None of the missiles which they promise to remove can reach America. These Soviet missiles are obsolete and have no place in Marshal Ogarkov's plan for war. In removing the Pershings and GLCMs, our greatest deterrent to our enemy's overwhelming advantage in conventional forces, chemical and biological warfare is destroyed. The Soviets, as a result, now have a massive military superiority in Western Europe. No European missile can reach Russia, but Russia has a multitude of missiles that can reach Europe. The future of Europe is now in the hands of Moscow.

According to the terms of the INF Treaty, Soviet spies will be allowed to inspect our defense plants on a round the clock basis for 13 years while American "inspectors" will be allowed access only to perimeter and exit areas of 12 Soviet plants - and they will be allowed to "inspect" these peripheral areas only once!

A massive military buildup is taking place in Nicaragua. Already in 1986, Bulgarian ships had delivered more than 15,000 tons of heavy military equipment to the Nicaraguan port of El Bluff.

As of 1986 there were already 120 anti-aircraft guns, 700 heat-seeking missiles and more than 100 heavy tanks, at least 18 helicopters and several MIG warjets in Nicaragua. Today there are many more.

On the very same day that Mikhail Gorbachev was in Washington signing the INF Treaty, his cronies in Moscow were agreeing to provide Nicaragua with enough arms to conquer any nation in Latin America.

The Russians are building one of the largest military ports in the entire world on the west coast of Nicaragua, large enough to base an entire Communist fleet a few miles from the Panama Canal and to unload massive amounts of military hardware, including new Soviet tanks with reactive armour that no U.S. tank cannon can destroy. A 600,000-man army is being formed, that is, an army larger than the whole North American based U.S. Army, and that army will be equipped with high-tech weapons. A 10,500 foot airstrip with six foot deep runways that can accommodate the most deadly Soviet bombers is now completely built at Punta Huete in Nicaragua. This airstrip is already fortified as a military installation. Anti-aircraft batteries and surface to air missiles are already in place.

Communist Nicaraguan pilots are already being trained in Communist Bulgaria to fly the Soviet MIG fighter jets that have already been shipped in crates to Nicaragua.

The final preparations for the total military conquest of North America are now being made. Tomas Borge, the Interior Minister of Nicaragua said: "We are going to take 5 to 10 million Mexicans and they are going into Dallas, El Paso, Houston, New Mexico, San Diego, and each one has embedded in his mind the idea of killing ten Americans."' Seven years ago, pictures of Soviet tanks were taken 100 miles south of Brownsville, Texas, outside Ciudad Victoria, Mexico. The pictures were presented to the U.S. State Department, but the affair was "hushed up".

Soviet equipment has been seen south of Del Rio and El Paso, Texas, Nogales, Arizona and Mexicali. North Korean troops are training in the Baja desert in Mexico and 90,000 Mongolian troops have been on maneuvers on the Yukatan Peninsula of Mexico, only 4-5 hours from New Orleans.

Military bases in the Southwest U.S.A. (except San Diego) have seen their heavy tanks shipped to Israel, leaving the Southwest defenseless. During an official meeting in Ottawa, Canada in 1984, the Ambassador of Mexico to Canada (having drank too much) openly proposed a toast for the "soon to be" Mexican-Canadian border.

Not so secret camps in Mexico and Central America have trained large numbers of terrorists to be unleashed on American cities at a moment's notice. Officials of the U.S. Government affirmed the information about the camps as "most accurate and up to date".

Our very last defense against these foreign invaders would be a militia of armed citizens, but the traitors in our Congress and State legislatures are attempting to illegally disarm the American citizens through "gun control" legislation that will leave the people defenseless against the foreign invaders. Such legislation which the traitors in Congress have enacted and continue to attempt to enact is contrary to the U.S. Constitution, which states that all American citizens have the right to bear arms, and the primary express purpose of this right is to ensure the defense of the nation.

We should remember that in the mid 1930s before the Communist Civil War of 1936-39 in Spain, anti-hand gun legislation was passed - disarming the patriotic Spanish and allowing the Communist criminals who all kept their guns to kill at will many thousands of good Catholic citizens.

However, guns and ammunition alone cannot save the United States from the imminent military conquest which may begin at any time now. The Soviet economy has been restructured; and is now a war-economy. This is the true purpose of perestroika. The Ogarkov plan calls for an all-out surprise attack against Western Europe and the United States. The massive Soviet military superiority assures a Soviet victory in the conflict which is now imminent - if we choose to resist their call for unconditional surrender.

Our Lady of Fatima said: "Only I can help you." We must repent and do reparation now, and with a fervor and devotion as never before. And we must petition the Holy Father and the bishops to consecrate Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Our lives are in their hands. If this consecration is not done, then Russia will conquer the United States in the very near future.

Former officers of the Spetsnaz, KGB Terrorist Commandos, have revealed that all Americans over age 30 will be executed after the Russian takeover - according to the Communist bosses the minds of U.S. citizens over 30 are already too ingrained with Capitalism and they are considered incapable of re-education. Our lives are at stake. We have so little time and only one reasonable choice - we must obey Our Lady of Fatima and the Pope and the bishops must obey Her Command to consecrate Russia, otherwise the United States of America will be extinct before the year 2000, and most likely within the next two years.

THE ONGOING U.S. SURRENDER

Now that the dust has settled on the INF Treaty, its deadly flaws are coming into focus:

1. America will destroy $9 billion worth of taxpayer-financed Cruise and Pershing missiles. Reagan and Shultz gave the Soviets the specific locations of all of these missiles even though the treaty had not yet been ratified. They even stopped the long-scheduled deployment of such missiles over the last few months even though the treaty had not yet been signed!

2. Soviet inspection teams will be deployed at U.S. military bases and defense plants across America and Western Europe. (All will be KGB spies.) Russian inspection teams actually began tours of inspection at defense plants in Utah during the Summit meetings - even though the treaty had not yet been ratified. This will be the first time Soviet military personnel and the KGB have been openly stationed on American soil.

3. At the giddy height of the Summit, one of the worst imaginable breaches of U.S. security occurred when the number two USSR general, Marshal Sergei Akromeyev, was taken by Defense Secretary Carlucci into the top secret War Room at the Pentagon. Because of the extreme secrecy surrounding the War Room, an ordinary American citizen would never have the slightest hope of seeing the inside of it. And yet General Akromeyev was given a "royal tour".

Top Soviet generals were also taken to our top secret weapons testing grounds at Aberdeen, Maryland.

If nothing else sounds convincing enough, these shocking and treasonous developments should convince Americans that the game is over for U.S. defense. Behind-the-scenes deals have already been cut, making our military defense irrelevant. In at least a limited sense, the United States has already become part of the Soviet Empire.
