It is no secret that most Catholics continue to ignore the urgent warning and requests made in Fatima by the Mother of God, despite the unchallenged credibility of Her October 13, 1917 miracle before 70,000 observers. The disregard of the Holy Mother's direct instructions to Her spiritual children is both overwhelming and incredible! The tragic results of this rejection by Catholics of their Blessed Mother's message has led to civilization's current moral and political breakdown and pending chastisement.

It is also no secret that the only viable solution available to today's corrupted and sinful society is the Consecration of Russia to Her Immaculate Heart according to the format She outlined to Sister Lucy in 1929. This is the true Apex of Her Fatima Message and requests.

Our secularized Catholic society plus anti-Mary priests and bishops within Her Divine Son's Church have frustrated the fulfillment of this Apex of Her Fatima Message. A brief list of Sister Lucy's authentic and faithful transmissions of Our Lady's and Our Lord's words and requests follows. Poor Sister Lucy has suffered terribly because the grace of world peace offered through Our Lady of Fatima's request for the consecration of Russia has not been heeded up to now.

1929 - The specific request of Our Lady of Fatima, made directly to Sister Lucy in 1929, twelve years after Her original revelation, is that Russia be consecrated to Her Immaculate Heart: "by the Pope in union with all the bishops in the world" on one specific day.

1946 - Professor William T. Walsh interviews Sister Lucy: "Lucy made it plain that Our Lady did not ask for the consecration of the world to Her Immaculate Heart. What She demanded specifically was the consecration of Russia. She did not comment, of course, on the fact that Pope Pius XII had consecrated the world, not Russia, to the Immaculate Heart in 1942. But she said more than once and with deliberate emphasis:

'What Our Lady wants is that the Pope and all the bishops in the world shall consecrate Russia to Her Immaculate Heart on one special day. If this is done, She will convert Russia and there will be peace. If it is not done, the errors of Russia will spread through every country in the world.'"

1947 - Sister Lucy wrote February 17, 1947: "The Holy Father has already consecrated Russia, including it in the consecration of the world, but it has not been done in the form indicated by Our Lady."

1957 - December 26, Sister Lucy said, "Russia will be the instrument of chastisement chosen by Heaven to punish the whole world if we do not beforehand obtain the conversion of that poor nation."

1982 - March 21, Sister Lucy, before the witnesses Dr. Lacerda and the Bishop of Fatima was formally asked to explain to Pope John Paul II's personal representative - the Lisbon Nuncio - what Our Lady wanted of the Pope. She explained that the Pope must (1) choose a date (2) Command the bishops of the entire world (3) to make each in his own Cathedral at the same time as the Pope (4) a solemn and public ceremony of Reparation and Consecration of Russia (5) to the Most Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary. The Papal Nuncio later told Dr. Lacerda that he did not forward to the Holy Father the duty of each bishop to join the Pope in obeying the command to consecrate Russia as indicated.

1983 - Sister Lucy, on March 19, was again visited by Dr. Lacerda who witnessed the same Papal Nuncio again converse with Sister Lucy in the Pope's name. She answered clearly "The Consecration of Russia has not been done as Our Lady requested." She explained that was because 'Russia' was not clearly the object of the consecration, and because each bishop had not made in his own Cathedral a public and solemn ceremony of consecration of RUSSIA.

1987 - July 20th, Sister Lucy, bound by Portuguese law left her cloister to vote in the National election. Upon her leaving the car, the Argentine journalist Enrique Romero met her and asked her about the consecration of Russia. She confirmed to him that it had not been done and that unless there was a spiritual turnaround featuring prayer and sacrifice, every nation would fall under the cruel Communist dictatorship. (This was reported in the early August edition of Para Ti published in Spanish in Argentina.)

The extraordinary volume of patience demanded by this sixty-year period of "waiting for Our Lady's requested Consecration to be honored" may be as overwhelming to Sister Lucy as to our readers. This Apex of the entire Fatima Message must be fulfilled by the Bishop of Rome and his 4000 colleagues before the time of Mercy is exhausted. Otherwise the chastisement suffered 5000 years ago by man who ignored the prophetic warnings of Noah, ninth in descent from Adam, will seem like "a summer swim" versus the harsh realities awaiting 20th Century man.*

We must increase our personal acts of atonement and prayer in the hope that our Fatima seer Sister Lucy, will find a more attentive audience than her predecessor Noah.

* Remember in 1951 Pope Pius XII said the world now is worse than before the flood.
